First of all check out all the online documentation and thats covers the most commen problems, like installing it for the first time and getting admins up and running. If you still need more suppport there is a few options open for you. You can join #sourcemod on irc or post in the forums. But please dont post about things like not being able to use admin commands/Open menu without actualy having read and tried was that ed in the docs and faq.
IRC Rules:
On IRC please don't ask if someone is around. Just ask exactly what your after and wait, this also applies to PM`s on IRC.
If you think you have discovered a bug, when reporting it please include as much information as possible. Esp how to reproduce it.
