Minor changes to the site menu

The game quick starters for AoC,Darkfall and WWII online has all been moved under the menu Game Quick starters.
Also made a Small utils where the minor programs Steam id finder and Stopwatch

Radio Stream Player 2.1.3.1 Released

A update to Radio stream player has been released fixing some minor bugs, but also adding a new UI to the backend system for system to submiting stations.
